At My Name Label we understand that security is important to you when doing business over the Internet, so we have taken a number of steps to ensure the protection of the personal information sent to or from My Name Label over the Internet.

We use cookies. Cookies are bits of information that are stored by your browser in order to increase the functionality of the site and to track the pages you have visited. Cookies are not used to identify you personally. However, if you have disabled cookies on your browser you will not be able to access some parts of the My Name Label site.

When you use the My Name Label site you will have the option to register as a Recognised Customer. By doing this all your order information will be retained in our database for your future reference should you require it. As a Recognised Customer you will nominate a User Name and Password which will provide additional security to protect your personal information when you access the site.

Also, we would like to reassure you that when making payment via our site, no complete credit card numbers are retained in our system once the transaction has been processed.

Privacy Policy Statement.

My Name Label is committed to protecting the privacy of the people we conduct business with and who visit our website. We are also committed to building lasting relationships with our customers. In order to deliver products to you and to communicate with you we ask for your name, address, email and telephone number. We will only use this information in order to fulfill orders placed via our website, or to send you information that you may find relevant.

If you browse on-line and have not purchased anything, or provided any personal details, you do so anonymously.

If you choose to register as a Recognised Customer, you will be able to view your own confidential account information. As a Recognised Customer we may use your email address to contact you regarding an order. You will also be able to sign up to our optional email newsletters. You may decline, or unsubscribe from receiving emails other than those required to conduct business with you (eg; to send email confirmation of orders placed).

We do not sell, trade or rent out any personal information, including email addresses, to third parties. Once we no longer require submitted information we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify that information. Any paper copies of orders are destroyed 12 months after we recive them using a secure document shredding company. We will also take reasonable steps to ensure that all personal information held is accurate and up to date. If you advise us in writing we will update any information that is inaccurate. Please be aware that if you link to other sites from our site they may contain privacy policies that differ from those of My Name Label. To ensure your privacy is protected, we recommend that you review the privacy statements of any other Internet sites you visit.

Refund Policy.

Should you receive products that have been mispelt, or have an incorrect picture or colours, we will reprint them at no additional to charge to the customer if it is a result of an error on our part. Also, if you receive products that you believe to be defective we will, after inspection, reprint any products that are found to be defective. In the event that a product is unable to be reprinted a full refund will be given. We will not refund or reprint orders or parts of orders which have spelling errors resulting from the incorrect entry of information by the customer when an order is placed.

Delivery Policy.

My Name Label will dispatch orders from their offices within 4 working days from receiving the order. All orders are then mailed using the local mail service in each country of operation. There is no additional charge for postage of standard orders, the prices displayed include postage costs.

If a customer has paid for Express Delivery (only available in Australia) the order will be printed and dispatched via Express Post the next working day. Express orders will therefore be received 2 working days after placement of the order as long as it is being delivered to a metropolitan area in Australia, with the exception of Perth which will take 3 days. An additional $10 applies to Express orders.

International orders are dispatched from Australia in 4 working days and are then subject to postage delivery times for international air mail.

We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by postal or courier companies or any delivery matters beyond our control.

Pricing Policy & Credit Card Usage.

All pricing and transactions are in the currency of the website being used. Please ensure that you are accessing the correct My Name Label website for you location. If you use a credit card to make a payment via the site, we will only use the credit card details as specified by you in relation to purchases made on the site. We will not retain credit card details any longer than is necessary with respect to the specific transaction. Illegal use of credit cards is a serious crime. We will report any suspicious activity and disclose all relevant information to credit card companies and law enforcement authorities.
