Quotes from Children’s Books that Will Inspire You at Any Age

September has been and gone and the children are back to school. Some to new classes, some to new schools, but all (hopefully!) with a thirst for knowledge and excitement for the school year ahead.

Sometimes we forget how tough life can be for a little person. Life for our little ones can seem so confusing and daunting at times – things which we as adults take for granted as easy can seem like the hardest thing in the world for a child. Emotions and feelings can sometimes be overwhelming, and as time evolves, life can sometimes seem unfamiliar and scary.

It is important that alongside the standard school curriculum we teach our little people how to be positive individuals and how to cope when life gets tough. Lessons like these can really help to keep our children happy, secure and grounded throughout their entire lives. Hidden beneath the bright covers of children’s books are philosophical quotes from which we can all learn, even us ‘wise’ adults! We have put together some of our favourite quotes from popular children’s literature; take a moment to sit with your little thinker and have a read through together. We hope you both enjoy and learn together…
